Mac & Cheesesteak Recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the bechamel sauce. Add the pasta water and bring to a boil, remove from the heat. Add the warm cooked pasta and fold in all the cheeses.
3. In a sauté pan over high heat, begin to cook the sliced beef for two to four minutes, occasionally stirring. Lower the heat and add the caramelized onions and peppers.
4. Meanwhile, spread the garlic mayonnaise on the inside of the hoagie bun, followed by the spicy hoagie relish.
5. Shape the meat into an oval shape, the same size as the hoagie bread. Using the long spatula, in one move scoop under the meat and flip onto the hoagie.
6. Fill the creamy mac and cheese alongside the cooked steak meat. Finally place into the oven for one to two minutes.
