BBQ Brisket

Leaf Lettuce

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F . Meanwhile, let the bread thaw for 10 minutes. Bake the roll for 4 – 6 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Warm the BBQ brisket and toss gently with BBQ sauce.
Spread brown mustard on the bottom half of the roll. Layer leaf lettuce on the bottom half.
Add Swiss cheese, then aged cheddar. Pile the warm BBQ brisket over the cheese.
Top with red onion slices and spicy pickles. Add Cajun kettle chips for crunch.
Close the sandwich, press gently, and slice if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
