Ingredients

Garlic Cuban Bread

  • Euro-Bake 7" Pan Cubano
  • 30g Kerry Gold Garlic Butter
  • 120g Provolone Cheese
  • 1g Parmesan, grated
  • 1g Parsley, chopped
  • Four Cheese Fondue, on the side for dipping

Four Cheese Fondue 

  • 160g Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 120g Provolone Cheese
  • 425g Bechamel Cheese Sauce
  • 100g Fontina Cheese
  • 100g Taleggio Cheese
  • 35g Butter
  • 50g All-Purpose Flour
  • 500g Whole Milk
  • 50g White Onion, sliced thinly
  • 1g Bayleaf
  • 1 each Clove
  • Nutmeg
  • 5g Ground White Pepper
  • 5g Salt
