  • Barbecue Jackfruit
  • Homemade Vegan Slaw
  • 1 Large Carrot, cut into ribbons
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Zucchini Fries, served on the side

Barbecue Jackfruit

  • 500g jackfruit in brine, drained
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil 
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 400g can tomatoes

Homemade Vegan Slaw

  • 25g red cabbage, shredded
  • 25g white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise

Zucchini Fries

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 110g flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 4-5 tbsp water
  • Oil for deep frying
