1ea Euro-Bake Portuguese Roll
4–6 slices peppercorn crusted roast beef
1–2 slices baby Swiss cheese
1–2 tbsp spicy pickle relish
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Fresh basil leaves
Thinly sliced red onions
Mixed baby lettuce

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F . Meanwhile, let the bread thaw for 10 minutes. Bake the roll for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Spread mayonnaise evenly on both halves of the roll. Layer mixed baby lettuce on the bottom half.
Add baby Swiss cheese slices. Fold and layer the peppercorn-crusted roast beef evenly over the cheese.
Spoon spicy pickle relish over the roast beef. Top with fresh basil leaves and red onions.
Close the sandwich and press gently to secure layers. Slice and serve immediately.
