Bavarian Pork Loin Sandwich Recipe

Preparation

1. Combine the mayonnaise and horseradish in a small bowl to make the horseradish sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Cook the bacon until crisp and set aside.
3. Season the pork loin cutlets with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and fully cooked.
4. Brush the cooked pork loin cutlets with yellow mustard.
5. Warm or lightly toast the Euro-Bake Pretzel Buns.
   Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 2-4 mins until crisp.
6. Spread horseradish mayo on the top and bottom buns.
7. Place lettuce on the bottom bun and top with the pork loin cutlet.
8. Add the braised sauerkraut, bacon, and pickle slices. Finish with the top bun and serve immediately.

Braised Sauerkraut

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
2. Stir in the sauerkraut and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the sour cream, mix well, and keep warm.
