This Al Pastor Pork Sandwich combines roasted al pastor pork with sweet pineapple, fresh cilantro, white onion, queso cotija, and jalapeño for a vibrant flavor experience, all served on a Pretzel Soccer Bun.

4 ea Euro-Bake Pretzel Soccer Buns
Al Pastor Roasted Pork Shoulder
Roasted Pineapple, slices
White Onion, thinly sliced
Queso Cotija
Jalapeno
Cilantro

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F . Thaw bun for 10 minutes and then bake the roll for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Prepare and cook the al pastor pork and roast the pineapple slices. Set aside until bread is ready.
Start building the sandwich by spreading the queso cotija on the inside of the halves of the bun.
Add layers of the roasted pineapple, al pastor pork, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Finish with the top half of the bun.
