Ingredients

4 slices Euro-Bake Artisan Jalapeño Cheddar Demi Loaf
6 slices Roast Beef
4 slices Bacon, crispy
2 slices Monterey Jack
2 slices American Cheese
2 slices Tomato
Fresh Spinach
1 Avocado, mashed
2 tbs Mayonnaise

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Toast four slices of the Artisan Jalapeño Cheddar Loaf for 2 to 3 minutes.
*If using the whole loaf, preheat oven to 400°F. Meanwhile, let the loaf thaw for 20 minutes. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise on two slices of toasted bread. Spread the avocado smash on the other slices of toasted bread.
On the slices with avocado mash, add 3 slices of roast beef to each.
Top each with 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of Monterey jack cheese, 2 slices of American cheese, sliced tomatoes and spinach mix.
Add the slices with mayonnaise on the top of each to make sandwiches. Serve immediately.
