Primo Italian Sub Recipe

This classic Italian sub takes all the meats you love (spicy capicola, hard cured salami, pepperoni, smoky ham) and adds provolone, oregano mayonnaise, olives, and a spicy pickle relish for a newer, more sophisticated take. 8” Tuscany Sandwich Baguette
80 g Garlic Oregano Mayonnaise
40 g Wickles Relish
120 g Spicy Capicola (hot cappy)
120 g Hard Cured Salami
120 g Spicy Pepperoni
240 g Smoky Ham
240 g Sharp Provolone
20 g Lettuce, sherred
8 each Tomato, sliced
12 g Marinated Pepper, ¼” sliced
8 g Olives, quarters

Preheat the oven to 350°F, toast the 8” Tuscany Sandwich Baguette for 1-2 minutes.
Spread on the garlic mayonnaise & relish on both sides. Layer on the cured meats, cheese, then top with the lettuce, tomato, pepper, and olives.
