Mac and Cheese and cheesesteaks are two beloved American dishes highlighting one of the country's favorite dairy products. This recipe combines them both in a delicious dish that everyone, not just cheese lovers, will enjoy.

Euro-Bake Soft Potato Hoagie
120 g Beef Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced
20 g Caramelized Onion
40 g Peppers, red/green sauteed
100 g White Cheddar and Soked Gouda Mac and Cheese
10 g Spicy Hoagie Relish
15 g Garlic Mayonnaise

For Creamy Mac & Cheese

1000 g Pasta, cooked and keep warm
1000 g Bechamel cheese sauce
200 g Mozzarella cheese, grated
200 g White Cheddar Cheese, grated
200 g Colby Jack Cheddar
250 g Smoked Gouda
600 g Pasta Water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the bechamel sauce. Add the pasta water and bring to a boil, remove from the heat. Add the warm cooked pasta and fold in all the cheeses.
In a sauté pan over high heat, begin to cook the sliced beef for two to four minutes, occasionally stirring. Lower the heat and add the caramelized onions and peppers.
Meanwhile, spread the garlic mayonnaise on the inside of the hoagie bun, followed by the spicy hoagie relish.
Shape the meat into an oval shape, the same size as the hoagie bread. Using the long spatula, in one move scoop under the meat and flip onto the hoagie.
Fill the creamy mac and cheese alongside the cooked steak meat. Finally place into the oven for one to two minutes.
